RXSOL-70-7004-025 is specifically intended for treatment and reduction of corrosive smoke , carbon and soot deposits formed on exhaust valve seats and turbocharger components. It is a most advanced fuel oil treatment for modern steam generating units that burn Bunker- "C" or lighter distillates. It is completely soluable in fuel oils and disperses atomic manganese throughout the firebox. It will improve combustion and prevent corrosion by eliminating the formation of nitric and sulfuric oxides. It will prevent slag formation and bridging by raising the fusion temperature of alkali metals and vanadium.
It is a highly concentrated combustion improving agent, to optimize the combustion for marine fuel oils.
A higher burn-out of carbon and hydrocarbon will reduce the build-up of deposits, reduces maintenance and increase the time between overhauls.
The risk of T/C breakdown and boiler fires is significantly reduced.
For carbon residue formation during combustion is inhibited by maganese catalysts that lower the ignition temperature of heavy asphalt particles or bunker - C. It assists water removal in the settling tank and fuel centrifuges.will separate fuel oil and salt water emulsions from bunker tanks, industrial storage tanks, lube oil tanks, Breaks water-in-oil emulsions by lowering the surface tension between the two phases. It is insoluble in water and remains effective even after the water has been removed. Powerful dispersants combat existing sludge formations while homogenizing the fuel to prevent new sludge from being formed.

2) Biocontrol Rx CONTROLLER of Organism in FUEL ::: Biocontrol Rx is a specially designed liquid biocide against micro organisms contaminating fuel storage tanks and systems. These micro organisms can cause corrosion, clog filters and nozzles and degrade the properties of the fuel. Biocontrol Rx is effective in layers between water and oil where the bacteria growth is most active.
Directions for Use
Biocontrol Rx is self dispersing and can therefore be added directly to the fuel tank. The preventive dose rate is 0.3 Itr per ton of fuel but in strongly infected fuels the dose rate should be 3 Itr per ton of fuel. In case of lube oil contamination.

RXSOL Valvecare is specifically intended for treatment and reduction of corrosive deposits formed on exhaust valve seats and turbocharger components. RXSOL Valvecare physically modifies fuel ash, raising the sinter and melting points of the ash above the normal engine operating temperatures. Modified ash particles are solid, small and non-adhesive and are ejected with the exhaust gas stream. Valve seating’s remain intact as ash deposits on valve seats are reduced. Guttering is minimized and valve cone and seat lives are extended, allowing for greater time between overhauls. Turbocharger and exhaust system fouling is controlled as the ash particles in the gas stream are less adhesive. Exhaust systems remain cleaner and any ash that is formed is friable and easily removed by conventional methods such as brushing. Another advantage found with RXSOL Valvecare is acid reduction. Vanadium in the fuel has a catalytic action, increasing the conversion from sulphur dioxide to sulphur trioxide during combustion. The sulphur trioxide then reacts with steam in the exhaust system, increasing the dew point to form sulphuric acid. RXSOL Valvecare keeps the complex vanadium and sodium ash compounds in a solid, non-molten state, inhibiting fused salt corrosion.Directions for Use and Dose Rates:-
